About the Event

The Florida Career Centers invites your organization to participate in the 2026 Virtual Statewide Job Fair! This premier event offers employers the exclusive opportunity to engage with graduates and alumni from all twelve state universities in Florida.

With over 150 employers and more than 1,000 students and alumni in attendance, this job fair is a prime platform for recruiting candidates for co-ops, internships, and full-time, professional positions.

What are the benefits of participating in the Statewide Job Fair for employers?

Through the Statewide Job Fair, employers have access to a broad talent pool comprising students and alumni from all 12 state universities, all in one dynamic event. Additionally, you will receive 1 Hour Early Access to Review Resumes of RSVP’d Students.

Are there any registration fees for employers to participate in the job fair?

Corporate Registration Fee:

through April 24th: $495

after April 24th: $595

Non-Profit Registration Fee:

through April 24th: $295

after April 24th: $395

How many recruiters can attend the Statewide Job Fair from my company?

There is no limit to the number of recruiters that can participate from your organization.

Can employers from outside of Florida participate in the job fair?

Yes! We welcome all employers with job, internship, and other experiential learning opportunities to participate in the Statewide Job Fair.

How does the virtual format of the job fair work, and what technology will be used?

Employers need only a computer with a webcam and internet access to participate. Interactions between employers and participants will be primarily through 1:1 video chats. For Symplicity student tutorials.

How can employers maximize their recruitment efforts and engagement with attendees during the virtual event?

Employers can maximize their recruitment efforts by actively promoting their participation in the Statewide Job Fair through social media and other marketing channels. A clear and compelling presentation of the opportunities available at your company is important to drawing participants’ interest.

Additionally, following up with interested candidates promptly after the event can further solidify connections and facilitate the recruitment process.

Non-Profit Registration Fee:

through April 24th: $295 (Deadline to register May 14)

Registration & Payment Policy

Payments are due May 15, 2025. Failure to to provide payment by the payment deadline may result in a late penalty fee added to your invoice.

Registration Cancellation Policy

April 24, 2025, is the cancellation deadline for this event. Cancellations received on or before April 24, 2025, will receive a full refund and will not be charged for cancelling their event registration. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Career Events staff at the Career Connections Center via email to ccccareerFairs@ufsa.ufl.edu. No cancellations will be accepted after the cancellation deadline of April 24. Registered organizations who fail to show up at the event will still be charged for the event. Organizations are allowed to petition the cancellation charge in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Petitions will be reviewed by the appeals committee for approval. Cancellation petitions outlining the details and circumstances for cancellations must be emailed to ccccareerFairs@ufsa.ufl.edu for consideration by the committee.
