Welcome to the Florida Career Consortium!
The Florida Career Centers (FCC) is a consortium of the Directors of the twelve public universities in the State of Florida.
Our Purpose:
- Information Exchange and Best Practices: We facilitate the exchange of information and best practices to enhance career education and job readiness for the benefit of the students and alumni of the member institutions.
- Cooperation, Support, and Professional Development: We collaborate among the identified members, creating a supportive network, and represent the interests of the group to the State and other professional entities.
- The Statewide Job Fair: A Vital Service: Our flagship program, "Statewide Job Fair,'' makes it easy for employers to connect with talented students and alumni throughout the state during one virtual event. For our students, this allows them the opportunity to engage with employers they may not have encountered at their home institutions, broadening their network of organizations and industries.

Your Source for Talent
The FCC is an ad hoc group of Career Services Directors from 12 public universities in the State of Florida. The FCC meets monthly virtually and 3 times per year, throughout the State, collaborating with area employers who host the meetings and coordinate “networking” presentations and discussion.
